Using the live chat tool to discuss with the client over the Duuers proposal

How to use the live chat tool and communicate with your customers?

  • This is the easiest way to communicate with clients about sent proposals. To access the chat tool go to Proposals in the top right of your screen. 
  • Click on All, then double click on the proposal you want to chat about
  • Once you open up the proposal you’ll see the chat feature in the bottom left.
  • The customer will be notified by email that she/he has received a Duuers message.
  • You will also be notified by email everytime customers have create messages in the Duuers chat channel. You will also be notified when a customer opens your proposal the first time.

Hint!

When sending the proposal to your clien always add referral message and ask your customer to use the Duuers chat to discuss the proposal.
